Regular City Council Minutes — 07/21/03 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 1 <br />Councilmember Maschka expressed no concern regarding <br />maintenance. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn broke the tie regarding expressed <br />Council maintenance concerns, supporting co- location. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn opened and closed the Public Hearing <br />at 9:25 p.m., with no one appearing for or against. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn withdrew his previous motion to <br />consider Criteria Items 1 and 2. Councilmember Kough <br />concurred and withdrew his second. <br />Kough moved, Klausing seconded, holding first reading of <br />an ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance Amending Chapter <br />7, Section 703.05 of the Roseville City Code Concerning <br />Bus Benches," as amended by City Attorney Anderson. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, directing staff and <br />City Attorney Anderson to incorporate language as <br />recommended by the Public Works and Transportation <br />Commission in Items 1 — 6 into the non - exclusive transit <br />shelter franchises ordinance. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />E. Norman Gregg and Sussel Corporation's Request for a <br />Variance at 1.137 County Road B -2 (PF 3494) <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn advised that this variance request was <br />not included on the Consent Agenda due to an <br />administrative error in stating the correct meeting location <br />in the mailed notice.
