Regular City Council Wimutes — 07/21/03 <br />DRAFF Minutes - Page 25 <br />�x Kysylyczyn mowed, Schroeder seconded, directing staff to <br />refer Items 1 and 2 of Section 2.2 of the Staff Report dated <br />July 21, 2003 to the Ramsey County District Court one (1) <br />week from today's date at the discretion of the Community <br />Development Director. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, directing staff to <br />move forward with the abatement process related to Items <br />31 41 5 and 6 of Section 2.2 of the Staff Report dated July <br />215 2003; allowing Mr. Eggessa the thirty (30) day <br />window of opportunity within the process to address and <br />correct the issues as outlined. <br />Mr. Eggessa reiterated his previous comments; with <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn encouraging Mr. Eggessa to coordinate <br />with stiff and pursue positive dialogue with his neighbor <br />to the north, Mr. Thomas Gilbertson (2000 Cleveland <br />Avenue North). <br />Thomas Gilbertson, 2000 Cleveland Avenue North <br />(neighbor on north) <br />Mr. Gilbertson opined that he had a history of continuing <br />problems and bad relations with Mr. Eggessa since 1999; <br />and referenced his disappointment that it took so written <br />and verbal notices to get Mr. Eggessa's attention and <br />awareness of the problem. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn interrupted Mr. Gilbertson; and sought <br />a commitment from all parties, including Mr. Gilbertson, <br />to work with staff and Mr. Eggessa. to alleviate the issues <br />within the defined thirty (30) days. <br />Councilmember Klausing reiterated his lack of support for <br />the entire process. <br />
