EXTRACT O F AIINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RA i EY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, seville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 28th day of July, 2003, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />were absent: none. <br />and <br />and the following <br />Council member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION - <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, 2001 CONTRACT E, <br />W. Owasso Boulevard Reconstruction <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 14, 2001, T. A. Schifsky <br />and Sons of North St. Paul, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated <br />with 2001 Contract B. <br />NOW THEREFORE, ICE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROE ILLE, MEVNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br />13E IT FTTIRTHER RESOLVED: That the warranty period specified in the contract shall <br />commence are July 28, 2003. <br />The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Schroeder and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and <br />and the following voted against the sanme: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
