Some of the additional work added to this contract but not included in the original bid for the w Owasso <br />project includes; drainage correction at 2915 and 3000 W. Owasso Blvd, additional retaining wall at <br />3175 anal 2939 W. Owasso Blvd, and landscaping for the rain water gardens. <br />recommendation: Staff All necessary items have been completed in accordance with project plans and <br />specifications. Since all items have been completed as outlined in the policy regarding final contract <br />acceptance, staff recommends the City Council approve a resolution accepting the work completed as <br />2001 Contract B and authorizing final payment of $164, 245.27.
