VdMREA , the Roseville Flaring Conmssxon held the public hearing regarding the Brown conditional use permit request on July 9, 2003, and reconunended (5-0) approval of the request based on findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated July 9, 2003. NOW TBEREFORB BE IT RESOLVED, OLVED, the Roseville City Council, to grant Mary Brown a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1004.01A4 and 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code allowing the constuction a 949 square foot detached accessory building (garage) in the rear yard of property located at 2185 St.. Croix Street, subject to the following conditions: F The detached accessory building being limited to a size not to exceed 949 square feet. The existing building must be removed from the site. 2. Gutters being installed to properly direct storm water into the rear yard (east) and away from 2377 County road B. Windows being installed along the south building wall of the detached accessory building to bread up the linear nmss as viewed from 2377 County Road B. 4. The accessory building being setback a niu* 'mum of 5 feet from the side and rear property line. The pmel being limited to a rn i� hnpervtous coverage of 5,759 square feet. 6. The review and approval of a building permit being consistent with the approved plans and conditional use permit. 7. This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building pennit has not been issued (Section 10 13.03). The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor. and the following voted. against: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
