The improvement proposed for the Casper home will not be out of character or context of <br />a split lever hone built in 1980's; will have little or no impact on the adjacent (southeast) <br />parcel; and more importantly will be in keeping with today's designs and family <br />accommodations. Member Peper moved, second by Member Wakeman to reconnnend approval <br />of an 11 foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions — bear Yard <br />Setbacks) of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction of a two level addition <br />(screen and four- season porch) to the home at 2508 Marion Street, based on the findings <br />of Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated July 9, 2003. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: o <br />Motion carried. <br />
