Where land uses are proposed that are not specifically listed above before any <br />permits shall be issued relating to such use, the City Council shall establish a <br />3 reasonabie number of off - street parking spaces for such use. Parking on boulevard prohibited: No vehicle shall be parked on any boulevard <br />37 adjacent to a public street except: (602.66) <br />3 <br />39 1.
