1 E. Trash In Streets: Throwing, placing, depositing or burring leaves, trash, lawn <br />clippings, weeds, grass or other material in the streets: alleys or gutters. (407.o3N) <br />3 <br />4 F. Unauthor ed Signs; Erecting, painting or placing of unauthorized traffic signs or <br />advertising signs in streets, alleys or on sidewalks. (407.030) <br />6 <br />7 G. on any private parking lots within the City, the following rules shall apply: (6o2.10) <br />8 <br />9 1. The Folio Department may post signs at any entrances to a private parking <br />lot from a public street which shall designate one -gray traffic for entrance or <br />exit. The giver of any vehicle entering or leaving such lot shall comply with <br />12 any one -way signs so posted. ( z m) <br />13 <br />. No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a speed greater than is safe and <br />15 treasonable under the conditions of then existing traffic and in no event exceed <br />16 a speed of fifteen (15) miles per hour. No vehicle shall he parked or allowed to stand in any area of such parking lot <br />which has been designated or is used for a lane for moving traffic so as to <br />interfere with the movement of traffic. No motor vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand in such a lot in front of <br />9 any entrance to any business open to public patronage. Manner of Parking: Any vehicle parked at any time in any part of the City shall be <br />34 parked with the right -hand side parallel to the curb or edge of the street and not <br />35 more than one foot (1) from the curb or edge of the street leaving at feast four feet <br />36 (4) between parked vehicles except where marks or signs on the streets indicate <br />37 that cars shall be parked at an angle. (6o2.04A) <br />38 <br />39 B. Double Parking: Vehicles shall not stand two (2) or more abreast in any street <br />40 except in the case of commercial vehicles when calling for or delivering parcels <br />41 or merchandise such commercial vehicle may double park for the length of time <br />42 absolutely and reasonably necessary to load or unload when access to the curb is <br />43 blocked by other vehicles at the glace of delivery.
