(3.5 %) VARLkNCE to Section <br />1004.0IA6 of the Roseville City Code for Norman Gregg to allow construction of 480 <br />sq. ft. detached accessory building at 1137 County Road B2} subject to conditions. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />3.1 Adopt a resolution approving a 377 sq. ft.
