The area has a number of accessory buildings in rear yards and a few <br />lots that exceed the imperious coverage requi�rnent. <br />The Community Development Staff has determined that this variance, if <br />granted, will not alter the essential character of the locality, nor adversely <br />affect the public health, safety, or general welfare, of the city or adjacent <br />properties., <br />6.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />: <br />6.1 Based on the inforrnation provided and the findings in Section 5 of this project report, the City <br />Planner recornrnends approval of a 377 square foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.01 A6 of <br />the Roseville City Code for Gregg Norman to allow the construction of a detached accessory <br />building (storage building) to his rear yard atl 137 County Road B, subject to the following <br />conditions; <br />A.
