She feels that with - <br />out the support of [the local Living at Home /Block Nurse Program] I would have been placed <br />in a nursing home. she has peace of mind knowing that they are available if I need assis- <br />tance. I can't praise [the Luring at Hoare /Block Nurse Program] enough for all that they have <br />done for me." <br />I Mary <br />I have been the recipient of [the local Living at Hoare /Block Nurse Program's] care numerous <br />times. I lire alone in my home and, at the age of 88, 1 am most appreciative and thankful for <br />the services they provide. I have needed someone to take me to my doctor or the clinic in a <br />city twenty miles from our town. Other services I have access to: foot clinic, blood pressure <br />clinic, exercise classes and an opportunity to have a nurse answer many health questions. <br />Extra services (beyond our expectations) are fun trips in the surrounding area, picnics, social <br />gatherings and many morer°' <br />---. They sae the needs of others, than go about fulfilling those <br />needs.
