(i.e., parking; emergency vehicle access in fire <br />lane; lighting not infringing upon residential <br />neighborhood; and refuse). <br />City Manager Beets confirmed that staff would work with <br />the applicant to ensure those issues were addressed to the <br />benefit of all property owners. <br />After discussion and conference with City Attorney <br />Anderson, it was the consensus of Councilmembers that, <br />without all parties being present to comment, no <br />additional conditions could be included or clarified. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, to reconsider the <br />Consent Agenda vote on this item as it related to the 01' <br />Mexico request at 1754 Lexington Avenue. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Maschka molded, Klausing seconded, continuation of <br />approval of the outdoor patio food/liquor locations for 01' <br />Mexico, 1754 Lexington and Outback Steak House, 2181 <br />Snelling Avenue; further directing staff to meet with the <br />involved parties and clarify the applicant's intent <br />regarding consumption and vacation hours of the patio <br />area; with application of appropriate conditions. <br />Mr. Meyer expressed his appreciation to City Manager <br />Beets for acknowledging his attendance; and to the <br />Council for their consideration of his concerns. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyezyn. <br />Nays: None. 4 <br />K.
