Rice Street <br />Shoreview, MN 55126 <br />(651) 484 -9104 Fax 482 -5232 <br />The Ramsey County Public works Department has reviewed the proposed redevelopment plan <br />of the Good Samaritan Society located at 536 County load B. Ramsey County has the following <br />comments regarding this proposal. <br />1. The proposed redevelopment plan does not significantly change the use of the site and will <br />not create operational problems for traffic along County Road B. <br />2. The identified right or way along County Road B is adequate and is in conformance with the <br />Ramsey County Major Street Plan. <br />3. The existing site has one access point onto County Road B. It appears from the site plan that <br />this access is proposed to remain in the same location after the redevelopment of the site. <br />This access is acceptable to Ramsey County. <br />4. Modifications to be done on Ramsey County right of way such as reconstruction of the in <br />place, retaining wall will require a permit from Ramsey County for construction on County <br />right of way. <br />Thanks for the opportunity to male comments regarding this issue.
