7.0 STAFF RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS: <br />IONS. <br />7.1 The maximum height above grade at the monopole base may be up to 54 feet. only one <br />antenna cylinder of the size and pole location specified in the application may be <br />installed on the monopole. <br />7.2 The e- uip ment cabinets must be erected in the Parking lot a d i acent to the monopole <br />and must not exceed Zoo square feet in size. All utility wires or lines leading to the <br />monopole from the equipment shelter must be buried. <br />7.3 The area surrounding the equipment shelter must he screened with a cedar fence. <br />_�i - ■ _ <br />7.4 The monopole is to be limited to the single user /applicant (west wireless). Future <br />antenna additions will require an amendment to the approved CUP. <br />7.5 The Franks Nursery & Crafts site is limited to one communication <br />monopole/antenna/tower. <br />7.6 The monopole must not be lighted; however} the former parking lot light can be re- <br />installed to the necessary height. <br />7.7 Electric and phone wires searing the equipment and monopole must be buried. <br />7.8 Farling of maintenance vehicles must occur- in the off- street parking space directly <br />adjacent to the equipment shelter. <br />7.9 The 54 foot tall monopole and supporting equipment gust be completely removed from <br />the site by the applicant (west Wireless) if 1 ) operations cease, ) the equipment is <br />damaged or unsafe as determined by the Roseville Building Official.., ) the CUP elapses <br />or is determined to be in violation by the Community Development Director. The City <br />may require the applicant (west 'wireless) to post a bond to assure timely removal of the <br />monopole and supporting equipment. <br />7.10 This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building permit has <br />not been issued. (Section 1013.03) <br />8.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />8.1 used on the information and impacts provided in Section 6 and the conditions in Section <br />7 of this project report, the Community Development Staff recommends approval of the <br />Qwest wireless CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, allowing the installation of a 54 foot <br />tall monopole with one antenna and associated equipment cabinets for the purpose of <br />providing wireless communication services at 1800 South Highway Service Drive. <br />PF3461— RCA 042803 - Page 4 of 5 <br />
