Qwest Wireless Conditional Use Permit (CUP ), <br />1800 West Highway 36 (PF 3461) <br />Kysylyczyn move, Kough seconded, adoption of a <br />Resolution entitled, "A Resolution Approving a <br />Conditional Use Pen-nit (CUP) for Qwest Wireless to <br />Erect a 54 foot PCS Monopole and Install Associated <br />Equipment Cabinets in the Northeast Corner of the <br />Frank's Nursery and Crafts Parcel (PF 3461 )," based <br />on the information provided in Section 6 and <br />conditions of Section 7 of the project report dated <br />April 28., 2003. <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch <br />overviewed the purpose of the request to augment <br />cellular service to the Roseville area; the location of <br />the equipment and monopole in the northeast corner <br />of the Frank's Nursery parking dot at 1804 South <br />Highway 36 Service Drive; unavailability of adjacent <br />City property to accommodate another location for <br />the monopole; that the pole would serve a dual <br />Land Use <br />Resolution 10089 <br />Qwest Wireless <br />Conditional Use <br />Permit (CUP),, <br />1800 West <br />Highway 36 <br />(PF 3461) <br />
