The owner /developer has been notified of this agenda item and Council meeting. <br />2.1 The hone at 185 N. McCarrons is unoccupied4 owned by Dennis Gupti I who <br />lives at 48 5 Denny load, St. Pauly MN 5 5 10 1. <br />2.2 Code compliance items on the house include: <br />Poor maintenance on house, windows broken. <br />2.3 Code compliance items on accessory buildings include: <br />Garage door (main) in disrepair, violation of Code 407.02 J I <br />Garage in need of paint, violation of 407.02 J <br />2.4 Code compliance items in the front, rear and side yard include: <br />Vegetation in excess of 8 "} violation of 407.020 <br />I <br />3.1 Community Development Staff offers three alternative actions.
