Roseville Lutheran — Roselawn to Lexington, <br />through Como Parr, St. Dose of Lima stags on Hamline; Centennial -- C2 to Hamline to <br />Covenant Church to Hamline to Fair site. <br />Member Traynor asked if other sites were adjacent to City Parks (High School). Member <br />Traynor asked what hours and week days? <br />Member Bakeman noted that the Centennial Parking lot driveways are narrow. <br />Andrew barn, 1214 Roselawn. lures across from Roseville Lutheran parking lot, apposes <br />this use in residential area. It is a question of <br />reasonableness. <br />Member Traynor said he would support the Centennial Methodist site because of routes, <br />adjacent to Snelling and -. He did not support Roseville Lutheran site because of <br />proximity to parr and potential late night, activity at the parr. <br />Vice Chair Mulder closed the hearing. <br />Motion: Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Bakeman, to recommend <br />approval of the requested Interim Use Permit amendment to include Centennial United <br />Methodist Church, 1524 County road C -2 as a park & ride site for the Minnesota State <br />Fair, based on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report <br />
