Roll Call <br />Roll call: (Voting Order): Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn_ <br />Call to Order Call to order <br />Mayor Iysylyczyn called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. and <br />welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council meeting. <br />City Attorney Tom Scott was also present. <br />Public comment Public <br />Comment <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of the <br />audience. <br />A. carol Kough, 2931 Asbury street <br />Mrs. Dough reported on their recent trip to Australia and <br />Councilmernber Dough's earning of four (4) gold medals in the <br />International Diving Competition. <br />Review Agenda Review <br />Agenda <br />Mayor I ysylyczyn reviewed the Consent Agenda and asked if there <br />were any member of the audience in attendance for the three (3) <br />variance requests. No one was present for these agenda items. <br />I Presentations Presentations <br />A. Roseville Properties, Inc. Introductory Discussion Roseville <br />Regarding Their Proposal for the Redevelopment of Twin Properties, Inc. <br />Lakes (PF 3232) Introductory <br />Proposal <br />Staff had prepared a summary of policy issues for Council Discussion <br />consideration of the redevelopment proposal, public financing Twin Lanes (PF <br />and City review procedures, based upon a preliminary concept 3232) <br />plan from Roseville Properties. <br />Mr. Hugh culler, Vice President of Roseville Properties, and <br />Ms. Kathy Anderson of KI F Architects, were introduced and <br />presented various components of their preliminary concept <br />proposal for redevelopment of a portion of the one - hundred <br />seventy (170) acre Twin Lakes Redevelopment area, The <br />scope of their proposed project encompassed approximately <br />sixty plus (60+) acres of land located in the northeast quadrant <br />of 1-35W/Cleveland Avenue and County Road C, and <br />http : / /er r. c ltyofro sevilIe. com/counc i l/meetings /minutes/ 002/mnO 1021 h.tm 05/29/2003 <br />
