Imperial Developers and Midwest Asphalt <br />have been recommended by our Construction Manager. Upon approval, contracts will he drafted <br />to each of these firms. Attached (Attachment #4) is the Bid Tabulation. <br />Financial Implications: The bids received for the sitework fall ,within the estimated budget for <br />this portion of the project. We are committed to delivering this project within the overall amount <br />approved by City Council. <br />The architectural fee proposal falls within the overall budget of $1.15 million approved for City <br />Hall renovations. <br />1.
