City Center Project Schedule <br />June 3, 2003 <br />The following is the most current proposed schedule for the project. It includes the <br />modifications to existing City Hall once the Police Department occupies their new space in the <br />addition. <br />June 2,, 2003 Council approval of bids for Bid Package #1 site work: <br />- Site utilities <br />- Road realignment <br />- Concrete curb and gutter <br />Bituminous pavement <br />June 23 2003 Plans and specifications available for Bid Package # <br />June 9, 2003 Sitework beginning <br />June 18, 2003 Bid opening for Bid Package # <br />June 30, 2003 Special Council Meeting to award bids for Bid Package #2 including: <br />- Footings/foundations /excavation for buildings <br />- Demolition of portion of maintenance building <br />- Cast -ire -place concrete <br />- Precast concrete <br />Structural steel <br />July 7, 2003 Plans and specifications available for fold Package #3 <br />July 29, 2003 Bid opening for Bid Package #3 <br />August 4, 2003 Excavation for Police Addition and demolition work for Maintenance <br />Building begins. Footings /foundation/cast -in -place concrete to follow. <br />August 18, 2003 Council award of bids for Bid Package #3 including: <br />- Electrical <br />- Mechanical <br />.Y Millwork <br />- Carpeting <br />Flrushes (interior and exterior) <br />Roofing <br />Landscaping <br />Altemates <br />February, 2004 Completion of Maintenance Building additions and renovations. <br />
