Regular City Council Minutes — 06116!03 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 32 <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Mr. Welsch each addressed Mr. <br />Kotecki's concerns; and corrected his perception of the <br />ratio of retail and residential land uses; and advised of the <br />considerations in studying the traffic figures in the AUAR <br />as the proposed development proceeds. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn reassured the public that City staff and <br />the City Council will be continuing in studying the <br />proposed project; and asked Mr. Welsch to provide an <br />approximate date when there may be another public <br />meeting regarding this issue. <br />Mr. Welsh responded that probably early August would be <br />the earliest public meeting at the Planning Commission <br />level. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: Kough and Klausing. <br />Subscription Legal <br />City Manager Beets apologized for the confusion for not Paperis Selected <br />being aware of Council direction. <br />Councilmernber Klausing opined that it was his <br />recollection that staff would explore the request to provide <br />legal notices to those interested, and return to the City <br />Council with an approximate cost for making the notices <br />available at City expense to those not subscribing to the <br />Pioneer Press and wanted legal notices. <br />Items discussed and requested by the City Council were <br />deterrm-nmqg a fiscal note; practical administration of <br />providing notices; separation of corporations and residents <br />in deterrnining free notices; and incorporating the notices <br />into the mailing list for Council agendas under Chapter <br />
