All proposals were its <br />accordance with the Request for Proposal documents and its requirements. A brief timeline a of the <br />entire proposal and review process follows: <br />Proposals received from four contractors on .Tune 18, 2003. <br />Copies of each proposal received were provided to the City of Roseville on .tune 18, 2003. <br />AA proposal spreadsheet for scope review was generated by McGough and if necessary, brought to <br />equilibrium. This recommended contractor was the initial low bidder. <br />A post proposal RFI was sera out to all bidders on June 19, 2003 discussing the hid scope. <br />Again, we received a total of four competitive responses.
