All proposals were in accordance <br />with the Request for Proposal documents and its requirements. A brief timeline of the entire proposal <br />and review process follows: <br />Proposals received from two bidders on June 18, 2003. <br />Copies of each proposal received were provided to the City of Roseville on June 18, 2003. <br />A proposal spreadsheet for scope review was generated by Mc Gough and if necessary, brought to <br />e uilibrium. This recommended contractor was the initial loin bidder. <br />Numerous conversations were held with the low bidder to verify scope. <br />A meeting was held with the lour bidder on ,dune 24, 2003 to review scope. <br />.Again, we received a total of two competitive responses.
