All proposals were in. accordance with the <br />Request for Proposal documents and its requirements. A brief timeline of the entire proposal and <br />review process follows: <br />• Proposals received from three bidders on June 18, 2003. <br />• Copies of each proposal received were provided to the City of Roseville on June 18, 2003 <br />• A proposal spreadsheet for scope review was generated by McGough and if necessary, brought to <br />equilibrium.
