The <br />Council indicated preference for a reconfigured room with a new reoriented dais. Several <br />comments were received regarding the proposed drawing for the reconfiguration of the room. <br />Attached is a revised drawing, which includes the following changes based on the previous <br />discussion. <br />Enlarged presentation table for seating of up to 14 <br />Portable podium for public comment <br />Realigned and raised dais (I step) for better eye -to -eye contact with the public <br />- Added egress Tor to accommodate dais positioning and public egress access <br />- Revised lighting plan <br />We are seeping additional input and Council approval to move forward with this concept. <br />Finane'al s' The cost for this renovation 1s proposed to be shared b the bulldln <br />g <br />renovation budget approved by the Council and the cable franchise fee mod.
