9.3 The Planning Commission, based on the information provided in the project report voted (5-2) <br />to reconznmend approval of the General Concept PUD Plan and rezoning of the property, subject <br />to the conditions listed in Section 8 of the project report dated April 2, 2003, and added a <br />condition that a gate he placed at he Woodbridge Street accesses in the north parking lot during <br />the weekdays. <br />10.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />ION: <br />10.1 Hold first reading of are ordinance rezoning the Forth Heights Lutheran Church property <br />from R- Single Family residence District to Planned Unit Development, with an underlying <br />zoning of R-1, Single Family residence District.
