9.3 The Planning Commission, based on the information provided in the project report voted (5-2) <br />to reconznmend approval of the General Concept PUD Plan and rezoning of the property, subject <br />to the conditions listed in Section 8 of the project report dated April 2, 2003, and added a <br />condition that a gate he placed at he Woodbridge Street accesses in the north parking lot during <br />the weekdays. <br />10.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />ION: <br />10.1 Hold first reading of are ordinance rezoning the Forth Heights Lutheran Church property <br />from R- Single Family residence District to Planned Unit Development, with an underlying <br />zoning of R-1, Single Family residence District. The final approval of the rezoning will occur <br />at the time when the Roseville City Council approves final plans and documents. <br />10.2 By motion, approve the General Concept PUD Plan for a dual use (church and school), two <br />phase Campus Master Plan for North Heights Lutheran Church consisting of a three story K-12 <br />school, 1,200 seat sanctuary, 750 seat auditorium, 400 seat gymnasium, offices, support rooms, <br />417 surface parking spaces, and associated site improvements, for the property located 2651 <br />and 2701 Rice Street, subject to the conditions of Section 8 of the project report dated April 2, <br />2003. <br />Attachments: site plans} narrative* location map, Engineering traffic/speed study, and aerial photo. <br />Prepared ley: Thomas Paschke, City Planner -- 651- 490 -2236 <br />.Dennis Welsch, Community Development Director — 651-490-2232 <br />FF3449 — RCA Concept Plan - 060903 Page 8 of 8 <br />
