Zoning Criteria <br />Zoning Code (1004.02, A.S, A.6 & C.4) <br />This site is zoned R-17 Single Family residence. Both a church} private / parochial <br />school and Day Care are permitted uses within this classification. <br />Maximum Total Surface Area (1004.0 1, A.6): <br />City Criteria: Total impervious surface not to exceed 30% of the total lot or <br />parcel size. <br />Proposed: The total impervious surface on this site is 62.6%. This <br />zincludes the building, parting lots, and sidewalk within the property lines <br />and the pond. <br />u Notes: The impervious surface does not meet the city criteria. The <br />impervious surface on the existing site is 49.1 %, with no storm water <br />treatment pond, and little landscaping. <br />Setbacks {1004.02, A.6 }; <br />City Criteria: Minimurn building setback of 30 feet from local street, corner side <br />lot line and rear lot line.
