City Criteria: Churches and Schools are permitted to have illuminated nameplate <br />s i an, maximum 50 square feet in gross surface area. <br />:i Proposed: Three ground signs, 50 square feet each; located at the entrance <br />drive from Rice Street, the entrance dri ve from County Road C and at the <br />corner of Dice Street and County load C. <br />Dotes: Meets city criteria. There are three uses within this campus — School: <br />Church and Day Care. <br />E. Other <br />Traffic: <br />Sanctuary: Sunday, three church services at 8:00, 9:30 and 11:00. Traffic should not <br />pose a problem as this is a lour traffic period. <br />School: Monday — Friday, there are 2 five -year cycles that are in sync with the <br />Roseville public school system: <br />Early cycle: Start at 8:50a.m. / dismiss at 3:10p.m. <br />Late cycle: Start at 9: 20a. m. / dismiss at 3 :4op. m. <br />The traffic in and out of the site has flowed well in the past and should not be a <br />problem with the new facilities. The church will regulate student parking. <br />Snow Removal: <br />Snow from the north parking lot will be plowed to the north ponding area.
