United Properties Request for a General Concept Arona Site <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) Rezoning and Redevelopment; <br />Preliminary Plat to Allow the Redevelopment of the ].s` Reading <br />Arona Site (PF 3457 and PF 3243) Rezoning and <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch Preliminary Plat <br />reviewed history of 13 plus acre project site, formerly the for General <br />site of the Ralph Reeder School. Concept PUD <br />(PF 3457 and PF <br />Maschka moved, Kough seconded, approval of the 3243) <br />Preliminary Plat for United Properties, creating a park, <br />seven (7) single - family lots, eighteen (18) row town home <br />lots, an outlot, and a single lot for the senior cooperative. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the first <br />reading of an ordinance rezoning the Arona parcel from B- <br />1 (Limited Business) to Planned Unit Development with <br />an underlying zoning of R -1 (Single Family Residence ), <br />R -3 (General Residence District), and R -6 (Townhouse <br />District), as per the site plan and preliminary plat as <br />presented in the staff report dated March 31, 2003. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka. and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />
