Sidewalks would he constructed along and adjacent to Arona Street and Terrace Drive, as well as in the interior spaces of each of the specific developments to provide connections. This design/improvement is consistent with the Arona- Harnline Neighborhood blaster plan and the need for neighborhood pedestrian access improvements.
