10.5 The Planning Commission made the following recommendations regarding the United <br />Properties request: <br />10.6 Recommend approval (5 0) of the preliminary plat for United Properties, creating a park, <br />seven single family lots, 18 row townhornes lots, a single lot for the senior cooperative; and an <br />outlot for Phase H. <br />10.7 Recommend approval (5 o) of the rezoning request by United Properties changing the current <br />zoning of the property from R -1, Single Family Residential to Planned Unit Development with <br />an underlying zoning of R -1, Single Family Residence} R -3, General Residence District, and R- <br />* Townhouse District. (The final approval of the rezoning will occur at the time final plans and <br />documents are approved by the Roseville City Council.) <br />10.8 Recommend approval (5 -- 0) of the General Concept P D Plan for a 13.7 acre mixed- <br />residential planned unit development consisting, a 2+ acre neighborhood park and pond <br />overlook: 7 single family hones, 18 town homes designed as 3 separate ;grow house" styled <br />structures, a 3 and 4 story, 90 unit senior corporative, and on the outlot, a second phase of either <br />18 town hones or a 3 story, 36 unit condominium, subject to the conditions listed in Section S <br />of project report dated 3/5/03. The Commission also recommended that the Phase 11 proposal be <br />forwarded to the Planning Commission under a public hearing for recommendation and <br />eventual City Council approval. <br />11,0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />11.1 By motion, approve the preliminary plat for United Properties, creating a park, seven single <br />family lots, 18 row townhome lots, an outlot, and a single lot for the senior cooperative. <br />11.2 By motion, approve first reading of an ordinance rezoning the Aron a parcel froth R -1, <br />Single Family Residential to Planned grit Development with an underlying zoning of R-1, <br />Single Family Residence, R ^3, General Residence District, and R- 6, Townhouse District as per <br />the attached site plan and preliminary plat.
