Mr. Thomas Paschke <br />January 31, 2003 <br />Page <br />In the Ai Peak Hour, a total of 31 trips will be generated from the United Properties development. <br />Of these 31 trips, 19 will be using Arona Street and 12 will be using the Terrace Drive Connection. <br />Five trips will be entering Arona Street and 12 trips will be exiting from Arona Street. Three trips <br />will be entering the Terrace Drive Connection and nine will be exciting wring the ABM Peak Hour. <br />In the PM Peak Hour, a total of 37 trips will he generated from the United Properties development. <br />Of these 37 trips, 23 will be using Arona Street and 14 will be using the Terrace Drive Connection. <br />Arona Street will see 14 trigs entering and 14 trips exiting. Terrace Drive Connection will have 9 <br />trips entering while 5 are exiting. when these 5 are added to the 20 trips from Presbyterian Homes <br />development, both eastbound at Hambne Avenue, there is still only one trip every two minutes <br />approaching Hamline Avenue which should not create any excessive delay. <br />Over the course of the entire day, United Properties will generate a total of 564 trips. of these, 328 <br />trips will use Arona Street while 236 will use the Terrace Drive Connection. Arona Street can <br />expect 164 trips entering and another 164 trips exiting the roadway. There will be 117 trips <br />entering the Terrace Drive Connection and 118 will exit throughout the course of the day. <br />Attached are three tables showing the information presented in this letter. one table presents the <br />AM Peals Hour data, another presents the PM Peals Hour data} and the thin shows the wily <br />anticipated number of trips generated from the United Properties development.
