Y have solicited and obtained comments from Outdoor Promotions, and will <br />be finalizing a draft to be presented to tho Council likely in raid to late January. Along with this draft} <br />I will present alternatives for code changes as they may relate to bus benches. As you lalo , the <br />franchise ordinance only pertains to shelters. If the Council wishes to include benches in the franchise <br />scheme, we will need to make changes.
