�'ROPOSED AMENDMENT [DATEI <br />TO <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE CODE <br />AN AMENDING <br />TITLE THREE, <br />UQUOR CONTROL: PENALTV <br />THE CITY OF RO EVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1: Title Three, Section 302.15 (B) (1) — (4) of the Roseville City Cade <br />is amended to read as follows: <br />For on -sale license holders who participate in optional manager and server <br />training and prove the person who sold or served alcohol had received city <br />approved beverage server training within the previous year; <br />a. For a first violatiaxi, the license holder will he given a warning letter. <br />b. For a second violation, in thirty (4-236) months, the <br />mandatory minimum penalty shall be a five hundred dollar <br />($500.00) fire and a one play suspension. <br />C. For a third violation in thirty -siX 36 months, the <br />mandatory minimum penalty shall be a five hundred dollar <br />($500.00) f fine and three (3) day suspension <br />puplu- d. For a fourth violation inhirtr -six (36) months, the <br />mandatory minimum penalty shall be a one thousand dollar <br />( 1, 000.00) fine and a five (5) day suspens ion. <br />e . For a fifth violation in thi -sic (1236) months, the license <br />shall be revoked, or in alternative, the license shall not be renewed. <br />2. For on -sale license holders who do not participate in optional manager and <br />server training: <br />a. For a first violation, the mandatory minimum penalty shall he a five <br />hundred dollar ($500.00) fine and a one day suspension. <br />b. For a second violation in thi 7six (4-23J6 months, the <br />mandatory minimum penalty shall be a five hundred dollar <br />($500.00) fine and a three (3) day suspension. <br />C. For a third violation xn thi six( months, the mandatory <br />minimum penalty shall be a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) fine and <br />I 6 <br />a five e ( day suspension. <br />
