<br />Over the past couple, of yearis, the basement, has, experienced water infiltration problems during heavy

<br />rain events. In the summer of 20�02, the water reached a depth, of 3" to 411 in some areas o,f'the basement.
<br />This was not discovered in time to preive,n,t some water damage to various storage areas.,
<br />In September, 2002, mold was discovered, on items being retrieved, friom storage., An air quality
<br />assessment of the building was performed, due to, concems of'the fu,ng,al growth. A report, was prepar

<br />by the Institute, for Environmental Assessment. This, report, which is attached, details the extent of th
<br />(nol,d problem and, identifie's courses of action.
<br />Corrective action nee,ided, for the ba,semeint area, to become aviailable for use again includes cleanup of th
<br />existing mold as recommended, repair of the roof leaks, and, identification and repair of the cause of the
