If'these conditions are not corrected, fungal contarrfination Will likely <br />recur on the replaced materials. <br />Clean carpets and wet wipe surfaces, to remove deposited fungal spores. Carpets, should, be <br />cleaned using hot at (steam) extraction techniques. <br />Roseville Fire Station No. 1 is an a,pprox,i , mately 80�00 square foot one-story buildmig. The <br />ong;nal portion of the building, constructed about 70 years ago, has a basement. An addition was <br />constructed about 40 years ago. The building has had viaried ownership, including a car <br />dealership, and has been reconfigured many times. Rooftop air handling units provide heating <br />and air conditioning to r <br />The Fire Stafion portion of the building is located "in the original, bufldm'g. The Firei Station <br />u r i c y Rooni/Kitchen Area, the T ii Mac <br />Bay and the Mechanics Area,. The basement has Fire Department storage in rooms along the <br />north wall and storage for other city offices in other parts of the basilemeint. The Relief <br />Association Office i's located in the,, southwest corner ofthe basement.
