<br />all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, <br />the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement <br />shall be divided into two projects, designated as Improvement No. <br />W-82-15, with a presently estimated cost of $200,270, and <br />Improvement No. W-82-15A, with a presently estimated cost of <br />$74,730, and that Improvement No. W-82-15 shall be constructed <br />and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, <br />pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be <br />assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the <br />Notice of Hearing. The City Public Works Director is directed to <br />prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifica- <br />tions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Franke and upon roll call vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />present; and the following voted against the same: None; <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
