<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />September 23, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, September 23, 1985, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Curley; and the <br />following were absent: None.. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, <br /> <br />Bell & Converse, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, <br /> <br />Flynn & Hetland, City Bond Consultant. <br />Mayor Demos introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7811 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. W-82-15A <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. W-82-15A <br />consisting of the conversion of the water distribution system in <br />that area to the Roseville water service system and the installa- <br />tion of necessary appurtenances on all that property in the Alta <br />Vista area in the southeastern part of the City just north of <br />Larpenteur and immediately west of Dale Street, as described in <br />the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $275,000, <br />and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to <br />the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the <br />City Manager; and having considered the views of all interested <br />
