<br />persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does <br />hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be divided <br />into two projects, designated as Improvement No. W-82-15, with a <br />presently estimated cost of $200,270, and Improvement No. <br />W-82-15A, with a presently estimated cost of $74,730, and that <br />Improvement No. W-82-15A shall be constructed and financed by the <br />City of Roseville. The City Public Works Director is directed to <br />prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifica- <br />tions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Franke and upon roll call vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />present; and the following voted against the same: None; <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
