Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, October 10,2011 <br /> Page 37 <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested that City Manager Malinen direct the Community <br /> Development Department staff to look at building code changes to have sprinkler systems <br /> and ADA requirements for multi-family buildings being redeveloped. Councilmember <br /> McGehee alluded to her consultations with the City's legal counsel advising that the <br /> Sienna Green project was under a Planned Unit Development (PUD) that could have en- <br /> forced that issue during its renovation. <br /> Mayor Roe asked staff to bring forward a report at their earliest convenience on the rec- <br /> ommended notification requirement of citizens related to proposed 2012 utility fee in- <br /> creases to support CIP needs,whether the approach would be handled similar to the TNT <br /> process or other options. <br /> Councilmembers Pust and Johnson asked that staff provide the additional information on <br /> use of the Port Authority and Statute as soon as possible for City Council review, prefer- <br /> ably for further discussion at the October 17, 2011 meeting prior to the October 24, 2011 <br /> Public Hearing to allow individual City Councilmember and staff's due diligence. <br /> 16.
