After meeting for 10 monms, the Committee submitted their report which *includes 25 <br />recommendations. These recommendations have been reviewed and recommended by the Parks <br />0 <br />and Recreation Commission. The staff'has submitted a recommended implementation plan. <br />POLICY O,BJECI'IVE <br />The use of Clitiozien, Ad, Hoc Con='ttees is well established 'in City policy. Current policy also, <br />recommends the use of systems plans for major City functions. <br />FINANCIAL IMPLICATION <br />The acceptance of the plan 'Itself, has no immediate financial, implications.
