At that time an "inventory was prepared which listed the boulevard parking spaces 'in use. <br />The pad at 330 South McCarrons Boulevard, was, part of that list. The ordinance added section <br />6102.06 which allowed the parking spaces on the 'Inventory to continue to be used until one of the <br />N. <br />following items occurs (a, copy of' the code is attached) <br />Roadway 'improvements involving disturbance of' or removal of'the boulevard parking <br />area. <br />2. Substantial finprovements to, the lot located adjacent to the boulevard parking, area, siu,ch <br />nveway. <br />as expansion or, construction of house, g'arage or d * <br />0 <br />in this case, the code requires that the parking space be removed since, the area, was disturbed & <br />part of' the South, McCarrons, Boulevard reconstruction. i <br />The width, of' South McCarrons Boulevard adjacent to, this property 'is 10. 2 meters <br />Accordin0y, one side of'the street Will be posted for no parking. Based on past Council action, <br />parking Will be allowed on the south side of South McCarrons Boulevard, adjacent to the Bever's <br />property., Therefore, the Bever's, Will be able to park vehicles on the street. <br />In, August of 19,97, the City Council denied, a sirmflar request at 394i South McCarronsi Boulevard,. <br />
