<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APRIL 14,1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on <br /> <br />Monday, the 14th day of April, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7881 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SS-w-86-10 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted March 17, 1985, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to ore pare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed :mprovement includin~ <br />all that property west of Cleveland Avenue. East of 35W, South of <br />County Road D and North of County Road C, b~ the installation of <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter. watermain, storm <br />drainage and necessary appurtenances. The=ity Public Works <br />Director was also directed to include in th~ report the estimated <br />cost of the proposed improvement and as to ~hether such improve- <br />ment should best be made as proposed or in 2onnection with some <br />other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate hav~ <br />been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby <br />approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the <br />City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general <br />manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. <br />P-sS-w-86-10. <br />
