The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on May 12, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />for the purpose of holding a pUblic hearing on the proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and the manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that <br />meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, <br />Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and <br />the second publication shall not be less than three days before <br />the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
