<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-W-SS-86-10 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 12th day of May, 1986, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />P-W-SS-86-10 including all that property lying East of 35-W, West <br />of Cleveland Avenue, North of County Road C, and South of County <br />Road D by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bitumi- <br />nous paving, concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, and <br />necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in <br />accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on <br />file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$731,313.20.
