<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APRIL 28, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall on Monday, the 28th day of April, 1986, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Councilmembers Kehr, <br /> <br />Johnson, Cushman and Matson; and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7893 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT No. p-85-32 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Manager of saij City, said bids were <br /> <br />received on April 23, 1986, at 11:00 o'cloc~ a.m., opened and <br /> <br />tabulated according to law and the followin~ bids were received <br /> <br />complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />Forest Lake Contracting <br />H & S Asphalt <br />Midwest Asphalt <br />Total Asphalt <br />Valley Paving <br />Lametti & Sons <br />Ashbach Construction <br /> <br />$ 70,937.96 <br />73,121.80 <br />73,372.95 <br />73,848.50 <br />77,810.60 <br />81,589.40 <br />85,056.50 <br />
