<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Forest Lake Contracting of Forest <br /> <br />Lake, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated <br /> <br />price of $70,937.96. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Forest Lake Contracting for <br />$70,937.96 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above <br />improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office <br />of the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br />with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br />been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Matson and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />present; and the following voted against: None; whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
