EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 14th day of October, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, wiski, Mastel, and Wall, and the following were absent: None. MemberMaschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9345 RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT DISTRICTS 1-14 AND 16 AND TO THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows: 1. Public Hearing. This Council shall meet on Monday, November 25, 1996, at approximately 6:30 p.m., to hold a public hearing on proposed modifications to the Development Program for Development District NO.1 and the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Districts 1-14 and 16. The modifications would (a) summarize and restate the budget for each district, including future expenditures and bonded indebtedness, if any; (b) restate and modify the authority to pool tax increment; and © clarify the status of the overall development district. The modifications pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.134, both inclusive, as amended and Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through 469.179, both inclusive, as amended (collectively, the "Act"). 2. Notice of Hearing: Filing of Plan. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause a notice of the hearing to be published as required by the Act and to place a copy of the proposed modifications on file in the Manager's Office at City Hall and to make such copies available for inspection by the public. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fuvo~ Goedeke, Maschka, wi ski , Mastel, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None.
