Richard Gay withdrew his request for a sign setback variance <br />at 2211 Hamline Avenue. <br />2. Mr. Gay agreed to redesign his proposed sign to meet the <br />recent revisions to the sign ordinance concerning ground <br />signs. With those revisions, the sign no longer requires a <br />variance. <br />Staff Recommendations: <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council accept Richard Gay's <br />withdrawal of his request for a sign setback variance at <br />2211 Hamline Avenue. <br />Council Action Recruested: <br />1. Motion to accept withdrawal of Richard Gay's request for a <br />sign setback variance at 2211 Hamline Avenue. <br />
