County Road C. <br />2. Scenic Sign Corporation has decided to reduce the size of <br />the proposed wall signs to meet City ordinance requirements. <br />Staff Recommendations: <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council accept Scenic Sign <br />Corporation's withdrawal of their application for a sign <br />area variance at the Olive Garden Restaurant at 1525 W. <br />County Road C. <br />Council Action Requested: <br />1.
